After registering for the conference, guests will be provided an exclusive link to book lodging at Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa. Vet Voyager rates start at 40% off the going market rate, giving you a little extra bang for your buck and an excuse to add a couple more nights to your stay, splurge on dining, or treat the kiddos to a whale watching cruise.

Vet Voyagers resort rate of $439 / night is valid from 27 Feb - 10 March, does not include tax, and is based off of 2 adults / room, no extra charges for children 17 years and younger. Maximum of 4 guests + 1 infant per room. 3rd & 4th adult in room will be charged $100 + tax per room / night. Rooms included at this rate include: Single King with pullout Queen sofa bed, 2 Queen Beds; standard, poolside garden view, and island garden view rooms.

For larger families, or to upgrade your room, the resort’s group reservation specialist can book suites as well as 1,2, and 3 bedroom villas pending availability. Book early and mention you’re attending Vet Voyagers Conference for the best available rates in these type of accommodations.
